Karina Chumachenko is the founder and director of Next Move Dance. She traveled all over the world to take workshops and learn from top dancers in styles such as hip hop, waacking, house, and animation. Karina has taught more than 1000 students in different countries. Multiple battles winner in categories such as hip hop and waacking.

She constantly develops her dance, teaching, and business skills. Karina believes that a good teacher is also a role model for a younger generation. She spends a lot of time learning psychology to develop her teaching and mentorship skills. Karina`s concept of BEYOND DANCE has been really successful and benefited students in a lot of ways.
