About these terms

These terms apply to nextmovedance.com, the website of Next Move Dance Corp, 9304 Salish Ct, Burnaby, BC V3J 7B5. By using the website, sending a form or booking through it, you accept them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Programs and prices

• Programs, class times and prices are listed on the Programs, Schedule and Pricing pages and can change from season to season.
• Prices are in Canadian dollars. Drop-in classes and camps are charged 5% GST on top of the listed price. The total shown at checkout is the amount charged.
• The season runs from September to June. The registration fee is paid once a season.

Free trial classes

Booking a free trial reserves a place for one child in the class and on the date shown. The studio confirms by email. When a class is full for trials, the child goes on a waitlist. When a spot opens, the site books the next child in line and emails the family. Each child has one free trial per dance style per season.

Drop-in classes and camps

Saturday drop-in classes are paid per class, with no long-term commitment. Camp dates, plans and prices, for Spring Break and summer, are on the Camps page.

Payments

Payments on this website are processed by Helcim. We never see or store your card number.

Cancellations and refunds

• Drop-in classes: Cancel 48 hours or more before the class for a full refund. If you cancel later, there is no refund. If the studio cancels the class, you get a make-up class or a credit on your account.
• Camps: Cancel 14 days or more before camp starts for a full refund. Cancel 7 to 13 days before for a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 7 days before, there is no refund. If the studio cancels a camp day, you get a full refund for that day.
• To cancel, email info@nextmovedance.com or call (778) 994-7713. The refund goes back to the card you paid with.

Studio rentals

Studio rentals have a 2-hour minimum. Long-term rates are agreed with the studio.

Photographs, videos and text

Please do not copy photographs, videos or text from this website without the studio's written permission.

Links to other websites

Some pages link to other websites, such as YouTube and Eventbrite. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
